After a wonderful family vacation, we were preparing for a 10-hour drive home on the 4th of July. However, the night before, our van’s check engine light unexpectedly began flashing, accompanied by a concerning noise. On the morning of the 4th of July, we reached out to Allen’s Auto Service, and they promptly advised us to bring the vehicle in right away. We were impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. Despite the holiday, their team was able to diagnose and resolve the issue on the same day. The mechanic was not only knowledgeable but also very accommodating, understanding the urgency of our situation. Thanks to their swift service, we were able to continue our journey and return home safely. We highly recommend Allen's Auto Service for their expertise, customer care, and commitment to getting the job done right!

I was in North Myrtle on vacation this week. Had a problem with my radiator! Called Friday morning and got a same day appointment. When I got there had to fill out the paperwork and took a seat. The people there were great. They fixed my truck. The price was great! I got to drive home today! If you need your vehicle worked on this is the place!!! They get all five stars from me!

Talk about heroes!!! We were unexpectedly stranded on the Hwy 22 Bypass due to an issue with my car. Chris from Allen’s Auto Service quickly came to our aid, towed my vehicle, and made sure we (my mom, grandmother, and I) were in a safe location. He was extremely patient, helpful, and generous with his time. Five stars doesn’t even come close to how thankful I am for their help when we needed it most!

Didn’t want to deal with the 5 minute oil change place and their endless upsale speel. Called Allen’s, booked an appointment, hassle free, friendly, this will be my goto shop when I stay in Myrtle Beach.
