i took my truck to Allen’s because it was leaking oil absolutely everywhere and no other shops knew why. i’m a young girl and every time i’ve taken my truck to other shops they kinda take advantage of that and up the price, or they don’t fully communicate to me what’s going on with my truck because they think i won’t understand. but not Allen’s. everyone at Allen’s from the techs to the receptionist were absolutely amazing at communicating everything with me like what the issue was, breaking down estimated pricing, the cause of my issue, how they would fix it, etc. they don’t try and force you into decisions, instead they offer their best advice and let you decide what you want to do. the cost of my repair was very fairly priced and honestly much cheaper than other shops were telling me it would be. i absolutely felt like my truck and i were in very good hands. 10/10 recommend Allen’s for everyone but especially for girls/women who just want their vehicle fixed without being treated differently.

I was traveling with a friend and our 3 kids to the MB area for vacation. We had a mishap when leaving dinner and the lower ball joint broke and suspension failure which left the vehicle pretty much completely paralyzed. Someone at the restaurant recommended calling Allen’s for tow service and repairs.I was nervous and Leary about letting complete strangers work on my vehicle as my husband is a mechanic himself. Not only did they show up quickly to get my vehicle they also had it repaired and ready to go the very next afternoon. The cost of the tow and repair was very reasonable.

We had a late night dead battery. 2 other companies couldn’t come out, and another was a 2.5 hour wait and almost $300. We called Allen’s and Chris came out in 20 minutes for less than $100. He was very helpful and professional and really got us out of a tight spot. Very thankful for Chris!

Took my truck in because the back down on passenger side wouldn't open they got it open in fixed it all in the same charge me the same as the mechanic at my hometown was going to charge me if I have problem when im on vacation down here I will be going back to them thank you guys for everything

Not sure who this Jeremy Parrish guy is but he is totally wrong. I've used Allen's Auto Service FOR YEARS and have nothing but praise for them on minor and major jobs on both domestic and imported cars. Steve is always very detailed in the work he has done and why he did it. I will sayI've lived in Ct, NY, Colorado and Florida and have fouund no one better and honest than these folks... .

My car started overheating here, hours away from home. I called Allen’s for a tow and had them take it into their shop. They called me the next morning, walked me through the extensive testing they did, gave me me an honest diagnosis and their recommendation but left the decision open for me. I took their advice on the repair, the price was totally fair, and everything seems to be working great. They even fixed a rattle for me free of charge. All of the staff were so friendly, too. Awesome experience, and a huge relief to be back on the road less than 24 hours after loading on to the tow truck. THANK YOU!

This is by far the very best auto service in the Myrtle Beach North Myrtle Beach area! Two years ago, we rolled in having problems with our car and they took care of us right away. Steve is fair honest and will give you the truth about what you need to do with your car. They are reasonable and now we take all our cars there. You won’t be. Sorry if you give them a try! Best service that we’ve ever received. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I took my 2004 Thunderbird to Allen's Auto Service for the first time this week, and was so happy with the service and attention I received. Aaron completed a couple of general maintenance things, then called me and asked me to stop by the shop so that he could show me an issue. He put the car on the lift, and was able to point out parts that needed to be replaced, and took his time explaining why, and answering my questions. All of the work was completed in a couple of hours, and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this shop, and don't be afraid to bring in classic cars. Aaron is a knowledgeable mechanic. Marie, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful throughout. We were so pleased that my husband took his truck there the next day for an oil change.
